As Head of Digital Marketing & Customer Journey, I focus on building scalable, data-driven marketing systems across multiple locations and channels. With the expansion of my role, responsibility grew from around 20 locations to over 60 locations across multiple business units. I developed scalable marketing and recruiting funnels — from paid acquisition to application processes and communication — enabling significantly higher application volume while reducing manual effort. I also manage cross-functional teams and scale performance strategies across multiple business areas.

The project focuses on creating scalable recruiting solutions for B2B companies, enabling predictable and measurable applicant generation outside of traditional job platforms.
